Mel has just moved from the big smoke with husband Peter and joins us as Cellar Door Manager. With a big grin and bright bubbly personality Mel can’t wait to tell you what she has learnt about wine. A qualified chef, Mel is also great to talk to about food matching, although be prepared for a mouth watering conversation as she fills you in on her extravagant dinner parties.

 

Often found sneaking up behind the back shed for a taste or two, Mel has fallen for our range of fortified wine, the first of which has just been released. “Think smoky, oaky sweet nectar from the heavens” says Mel. The only problem is there might not be enough to go around if Mel has her way! Make sure you get a bottle of our Fortified Shiraz.
