SHAKESPEARE IN THE VINE

January 2009 from 5.00pm at Seppeltsfield Winery
What better way to enjoy Shakespeare than out in the open just as they do at the Globe Theatre in Stratford on Avon. Set amongst the vines at Seppeltsfield Winery, you are invited to join us on the lawns for a performing arts experience.
From Twelfth Night and A Midsummers Night’s Dream through to Romeo and Juliet, each performance is unique, including the cast’s quips on current affairs. With scenes acted all around you, there is never a bad seat under the stars, as we listen to the drama unfold and the sun sets in the distance.
Haven’t got time to pack a picnic no need to worry. With strawberries and cream, Careme patisseries, sausages, Maggie Beer’s products and local wines, there is no shortage of supplies on hand to help you enjoy the evening. All you need now is your blanket or low beach chairs.
This year Essential Theatre with the Seppeltsfield Road Business Alliance proudly presented Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night.
